Refund Policy of Phoenix Education

1. Overview of Refund Policy

A refund at Phoenix Education is applicable under specific circumstances such as technical issues preventing course access, failure to receive promised resources, or erroneous purchase of a course.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Technical Issues: If you're unable to access the course due to problems with our app or website.
  • Resource Discrepancy: If the course resources received differ from what was promised.
  • Mistaken Purchase: If you mistakenly purchase a wrong course within our offerings.

3. Requesting a Refund

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.

Process:

  • Call our helpline at +8801325-075565 (available 10 AM - 10 PM).
  • Provide your email address and phone number used for signing up and purchasing the course.
  • Our customer support representative will send an SMS with a form to officially submit your refund request.
  • Refund requests made via other methods or outside the 48-hour window will not be considered valid.

4. Non-Refundable Products

  • Book Purchase: Refunds do not apply to book purchases.
  • Live Courses: Refunds are not applicable if requested after the class for the course has started.

5. Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a voucher.
  • Time Frame: Processing and approval of refund requests by Phoenix Education may take 7-14 working days.

6. Refund Ineligibility

You will not be eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:

  • Late Request: If the refund request is made after 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • Course Progress Post-Complaint: Completing significant portions of the course (like viewing videos) during or after the complaint period.
  • Book Purchases: As mentioned above.
  • Started Live Courses: If classes for the course have already commenced.

7. Special Cases for Applicability

  • Course Transfer: In case of a wrong purchase, a course transfer can be facilitated via a voucher.
  • Price Difference: Any price difference will be handled accordingly, either by additional payment or refund.

8. Process Post-Refund Request

  • Course Access: Your enrolled course will be temporarily locked upon submitting a refund request.
  • Notification: You'll receive an SMS notification regarding the status of your refund request within 3 working days.
  • Course Enrollment: Upon a successful refund, you will be unenrolled from the course, and any progress will be lost.

9. Refund Completion

  • Time Frame: Refunds can take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent via email/SMS to your registered contact upon completion of the refund.

10. Policy Amendments

Phoenix Education reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed.
